Making apprenticeships work for your business

Making apprenticeships work for your business

iMET was set up in response to the significant engineering skills shortage across our region. Engineering-UK estimates there will be a shortage of 1.8million engineers by 2025, but those skills gaps are already being felt now, with 90% employers stating that it’s already difficult to recruit and retain staff with the right skills.

This is where iMET can help. Our philosophy is to develop a range of apprenticeship and short training courses to equip current and future generations with industry relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours. We do this through in-depth engagement with local, regional and national businesses, to tailor and create bespoke, specialist training, to meet your needs.

Whether you are an apprenticeship levy payer or not, we are confident we can work with you to make apprenticeships work for your business.
